• The fees for 15 year PIa card is US $ 330 for adults and US $ 165 for Children up to the age of 18 years. (In case of Children up to the age of 15 years, the PIO card will be valid only till the period they reach the age of 15 years.
• Proof of Indian origin like photocopy of old Indian passport, birth certificate etc.
• 4 recent passport size photographs
• Mode of payment: Cash
